Well guess what? TODAY is one of those Wednesdays!!!
Lynne hogtied Caleb Anderson and dragged him here bound and blindfolded, although I begged her not to do it.
Caleb, my darling man, please know that I am totally innocent and took no pleasure in this inquisition, so please don't hold it against me. (Psst! You may however, hold anything else you have on that smoking hot body against me and I promise not to tell!!)
I'll just be over here in the corner and let Lynne take it away...
Tell us a little bit about your world.
I’m an artist and I live in the beautiful city of San Francisco. I prefer acrylic and oil, but I’ve been known to dabble in chocolate from time to time.
Does your author ever try to take over the story? And how do you deal with it?
Yes, she does. You just have to stand by guns. Although it goes against my nature, silence is the best… encouragement to get her back on track.
Is humor important? Why or why not?
Absolutely! Humor makes a good situation better and a bad situation tolerable. And hey, it’s how I roll.
Is expressing love difficult for you? Why?
Sweetheart, I’m an artist, I’m all about expression. And there are so many fun and interesting ways love can be expressed.
What is the most interesting thing that has happened to you?
Meeting a gorgeous woman in a bar in Las Vegas. Yup, my life was never the same.
If you could time travel, where would you go?
I was tempted to say back to Vegas, to the morning when it all went wrong, but everything happens for a reason and I wouldn’t change a thing now. It might be fun to go back to the Italian Renaissance and hang out with Donatello, Michelangelo and Leonardo. LOL Sounds like the cast of Teenage Mutant Turtles.
Share a little bit of the ‘real’ you with our readers.
Any Dark secrets? The real me? I am what you see. I’m down to earth. I don’t have a fancy bone in my body. *snicker* Lily would say I have a dirty mind and she’s be right!
If you had the chance to meet another character, who would it be and why?
I’d kind of like to meet Glenn from Hooking Up. I think we have a lot in common.
What is your most favorite thing to do?
Have you read my book? LOL. Seriously, my favorite thing to do is to be with Lily—talking, playing, laughing, cooking. When we’re together, I feel more like me.
Have you ever lost control?
Absolutely. When Lily walked back into my life, my control flew out the window.
How many sex partners have you had? How many at one time?
Excuse me? Are you trying to make me blush? Darlin’, it’s not only ladies who don’t tell.
What’s the kinkiest thing you’ve done? Stupidest? Craziest?
Mmm. I’ll just say dinner party, toys, hall bathroom. LOL You might have to wait for book number 2.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
Lily is studying entertainment law and plans to work from home. So in a little house overlooking the bay with Lily and a baby or two.
What was the best sexual experience you’ve had? Every single one I’ve had with Lily. The first time in the shower sticks out in my head for quite a few reasons.
Well, that wasn't so bad. She didn't leave a mark on him...not that I was checking him out all that closely.
If you thought Caleb was as adorable as I do, check out his story, and if you must.... meet Lily. I guess she's all right, too.
Now don't let my sudden attack of the green-eyed monster keep you from reading this book...
Creative License is all that and a bag of chips!!
Loose ends have a way of tripping you up…
Years ago, a law school graduation weekend in Vegas had been part of Lily MacPherson’s plan. Waking up next to a naked Adonis with a ring on her finger was not. After a quick annulment, she relegated Caleb Anderson to her late-night fantasies—and very short list of mistakes—until his voice on the other end of the phone asks a favor that could shake the foundations of her neat and tidy future.
Caleb is still haunted by Lily’s horrified expression that morning in Vegas. At least it had made it easy to set her free…except they aren’t. The papers were never filed. And when the nosy patroness who could launch his painting career insists on meeting his “wife”, does he confess, or call Lily? He calls Lily.
When she steps off the plane, Caleb’s determination to play tour guide disappears in the San Francisco fog. Lily thought she could keep up the pretense for one weekend, cut the last tie to her past, and move on. But their chemistry still pops and sizzles, finally exploding into passion at Caleb’s studio.
It’s everything they remember…but so is the yawning chasm of differences that, in the end, could once again drive them apart.
