Blood Hunter ~ The Return Release!!!

Hello my darlings!!
I rarely have an opportunity to do this anymore considering "Sealed with a Kiss" is usually booked solid with author spotlights, but this week, I made sure I had dibs!!
As my loyal readers and fans may know, the third installment of my Blood Hunter trilogy will release this Friday, July 15th.
This trilogy is near and dear. I found my "voice" while writing this series and in my opinion this was the turning point for my career as a writer.
My first trilogy, Journey of the Damned, will forever be the one that changed my life, but, Blood Hunter is the one that has set the pace for who I am going to be!
That being said, here is a little look back at books #1 and #2, and then a sneak peek at book #3, The Return!!

The Beginning
For thirty years, Raven Prince has lived just fine with no mate and no hassles. The carefree vampire, happy to be the odd-girl-out in a small, close-knit coven, lusts for one thing and one thing only—human blood. The more handsome the snack, the happier she is.
Thorne Abbott, on the other hand, only has a taste for the blood of the vampire that savagely murdered his father eleven years before. The determined human won’t rest until that craving is satisfied, even if it means getting himself killed in the process.
A sexy game of pool in a small town bar throws a wrench in both of their plans and ignites a flame so hot, neither could have extinguished even if they wanted to.
The hunter and the hunted battle with themselves and each other as passion, love and a quest for truth sends them on a deadly mission that’s sure to either destroy them…or set them free.
Can lovers from different worlds manage to see past their differences, or are there good reasons why the two species should never unite?
Will it be friend or foe that goes bump in the night?
When loving your enemy comes with a price so steep, you have to bet your heart just to stay in the game.

The Betrayal
Jason Craft is a vampire on a mission. Destroy the last of the rogue vampires he’s been enlisted to hunt and he’ll be released from a century old vow made to his creator. Freedom from his obligation was so close he could taste it. He’d lost everything he held dear, but his life would soon be his own once again.

Jazmine Fabré has spent the last fifteen years caring for her adopted younger brother, a vampire with autism, who was attacked and turned by her very own sire.
All she wants is justice on his behalf and as fate would have it, Jazmine’s sire is next on Jason’s hit list.
Thrown together on a mission to hunt him down, they find more than they bargained for on their quest… they find each other.
As the hunt heats up, they soon discover how hard it is to take down an enemy when they don’t know who it really is.
Will hidden secrets and betrayal destroy them before they have a chance start a life? Or were their lives fated for separate paths all along?
Hunting can be a dangerous sport when the prey has all the ammunition.

Raven Prince, a vampire, and Thorne Abbott, her human lover, have endured secrets, lies and even murder. The only task remaining is for Thorne to become a vampire as well. Eternity never looked so good.

Haunted by the shame of deserting his first true love, Jason Craft, became a hunter of his own kind. Brought together on a mission of revenge, he found sanctuary in the arms of Jazmine Fabré and together they uncovered a startling truth.
Jason, now an enemy of the Vampire Lord for whom he’d been employed, sets out to save the coven he’s been commissioned to terminate, which leads straight to the woman he left behind thirty years before, Raven Prince.
Will fate lead them to where they were meant to be? Or will evil forces destroy them all?

Sometimes the only way to get something right is to go back to where it all went wrong.

Her stomach fluttered, hearing the sound of his car engine rev as he pulled up the long drive to their family’s estate. He was home.

Raven dabbed a bit of tuberose scented perfume on her neck, then dipped down between her breasts and made a quick swipe across her wrists, hitting all the pulse points as though she were still human. Some habits were hard to break.
She glanced down and smiled as the sheer fabric skimmed across her breast, prompting her nipples to ball into tight, sensitive buds. Thorne’s warm tongue lapping at her hardened peaks would have them softened and wet in no time.
“Raven,” Thorne called out as he neared their bedroom door.
Raven bit back a giggle, dove onto the bed and stretched across it on her side, making sure she bent one knee ever so slightly to force her rounded hip to rise up from the indention of her narrow waist. The negligée clung tightly to her shapely form and the split up the side revealed enough flesh to get a rise out of him the instant he walked through the door.  What little skin the slit didn’t show off, the sheer fabric would surely expose.
“Raven? Why aren’t you downstairs?” Thorne froze, wide eyed, as he rounded the corner of the entryway leading into the bedroom of their private suite.
Raven ran her tongue over her lips and eyed him up and down. “Would you prefer I be down there with the entire family, or up here waiting for you?”
His heart pounded so loud she heard it from across the room. “Well that depends,” he said as he inched toward her.
“On whether or not you want me to take that off of you.”
Raven rose up on her elbow and glided her fingers up her thigh. “Oh, this better come off.” She giggled.
He came to her and stood next to the bed. “What’s gotten into you?” The left side of his lip curled as his hooded gaze took her in.
You, if you hurry.”
“Damn,” he whispered as his knee pressed down onto the mattress.
Raven crawled up onto her knees and leaned into him. Skimming her nose across the open collar of his shirt, she inhaled deeply.
Thorne’s heart raced. “Still want to taste me?”
She cast a sharp glance up into his hungry eyes. “I’ll always want to taste you, but I’ll wait until you’re a vampire to indulge.” Her lips grazed his warm flesh and she parted them slightly to allow her tongue to sample what she would never truly allow herself to fully have.
Thorne moaned. “You have no idea how badly I want to be inside of you.”
Raven ran her hand down to his groin and pressed against the already hardened bulge. “Then what are you waiting for?”
He leaned her back onto the bed and settled between her legs. With one finger he slid the strap of the negligée down over her shoulder, kissing as he unveiled the gift she offered. Dipping his head lower he went straight for her now exposed nipple, just as she knew he would. His predictability amused and thrilled her to no end. She loved how well she knew him and the fact that every move he made was exactly the way she liked it, only made it more delightful.
He paused and gazed down at her. Deep blue orbs infiltrated her senses as though he looked right into her soul, just like he’d done so many times. “I need to tell you something.”
His serious tone scraped across her nerves and her stomach muscles constricted. She pressed her index finger against his lips. “Whatever it is can wait.”
